Waarom accepteert Curve het wachtwoord dat ik aanmaak niet?

Als Curve uw wachtwoord niet accepteert, betekent het dat uw gebruikersnaam onjuist is of dat uw wachtwoord niet aan de criteria voldoet.

Uw gebruikersnaam is het e-mailadres waarmee u bent uitgenodigd voor het Curve-portaal. Dit e-mailadres is hetzelfde adres waarnaar uw uitnodiging is verzonden.

U kunt uw wachtwoord opnieuw instellen door uw e-mailadres hier in te voeren: https://app.curveroyaltysystems.com/reset/send_email. Als u geen e-mail voor het opnieuw instellen van uw wachtwoord ontvangt, controleer dan uw spammap.

Er zijn vijf minimale vereisten voor uw wachtwoord op Curve, dus zorg ervoor dat u er geen mist.

• Minimaal acht tekens (xxxxxxxx...)
• Minimaal één hoofdletter (A B C D ...)
• Minimaal één kleine letter (a b c d ...)
• Minimaal één cijfer (1 2 3 4 ...)
• Minimaal één symbool (, ? ; . / @ " % £ ...)
