I can access my Payee Portal, but I am unable to access the main Client Account. Why is this occurring?

There is a system limitation that prevents a user from having access to both the Client account and a Payee account on that same client simultaneously. The more specific Payee access will restrict your ability to view the broader Client account.

To reinstate your full access, an Admin user on the main Client account would need to delete your user and then recreate it. We'd then advise to grant yourself access to the Payee only via a different email address.
