Currency Restrictions in the EEA

When making use of Curve's payment functionality to send royalty payments to your payees straight from within the Curve platform, there are a few currency restrictions in the EEA.

Clients based in the EEA cannot store a balance or make payments in the below list of currencies.

    • Bahrain Dinar (BHD)
    • Chinese Yuan (CNH)
    • Israeli Shekel (ILS)
    • Kuwait Dinar (KWD)
    • Omani Rial (OMR)
    • Qatar Rial (QAR)
    • Russian Ruble (RUB)
    • Thai Baht (THB)
    • Ugandan Shilling (UGX)

If you are a business based in the EEA and you have Payees which request payments in one of the above currencies, then these payments will need to be handled outside of Curve's payments functionality.
