"It appears the template does not match"

Curve is very particular in accepting excel templates that are imported to create catalogue, contracts or payees. If your template differs slightly from our standard format (such as a column missing, a header being renamed, data being stored outside of the expected range, a tab gone missing), Curve will reject your import to protect people from importing faulty data.

If an error like this occurs, please copy your data into a fresh template and try again. Make sure you are using the latest version of our template. A fresh set of templates can be downloaded at all times via the green "Download Templates" button behind every Import button on your Payees, Contracts or Catalogue pages.
