Automatically Connecting Sales Files to Templates with Bulk Identifiers

Bulk Identifiers are the snapshots of your income files that Curve uses to automatically match the file with the correct income template during ingestion. Within templates, these associations show where bulk ingestion matches have been created. Bulk identifiers are created every time you upload an example file to a template or manually assign a template to an income file.

You can delete bulk identifiers with the red trash can icon should an income file become mismatched to a template or has issues with auto-matching. You should only delete these identifiers if a template is incorrectly matched with income files during ingestion.

You can also use priority ingestion to force a template to ingest if multiple templates match an income file. Setting multiple templates to Priority Ingestion will force a sales file to ingest multiple times against each one.
