Archiving Sales & Costs

Once you have reported your Sales and Costs, you are able to archive these. This hides the respective sales files and costs from your Sales and Costs page, enabling you to work from a blank canvas for your next Period.

Via the Sales or Costs Page

Sales can be archived via the yellow Archive button on your Sales page. You are able to view these archived sales files again by filtering on the Archived sales files. A similar action can be performed on the Costs page.

Via the Period

Alternatively, you can archive sales and costs in bulk via a Period. With the click of a button, you can archive all or all Fully Reported sales and costs.
